Liposuction aims the removal of the adipose tissue in excess
and is normally made in areas of the face, below chin, back
and chest, abdomen, hips, internal and external parts of
the tights, gluteus and knees. It is not rare patients to
misunderstand the liposuction objectives - it’s not
possible to modify an obese patient by such method - it
is only aimed to remove the excess of local fat tissues
and this way the best results are attained with proper weight
patients.
Anesthesia methods vary case by case and general, epidural,
rachial or local can be applied, depending on the doctor’s
previous evaluation and patient’s and the anesthetic’s
wishes.
Results are gratifying as the body shape improves significantly.
In some cases, part of the aspirated fat can be used to
fill existing downswings (liposculpture) with no visible
scars. Patient stays in less than 24 hours, and will wear
elastic tights recommended case by case and easily exchangeable.
